It’s congrats to former Pan Trinbago head - Louis Patrick Arnold

Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - The Tobago Region, Northern Region, Eastern Region and South Central Region of Pan Trinbago, wish to express congratulations to Mr. Louis Patrick Arnold on receiving The Chaconia Medal (Gold) at the National Awards Ceremony on August 31, Independence Day 2011.   The Chaconia Medal is Trinidad & Tobago’s second highest national award and is bestowed for long and meritorious service to the country.

Mr. Louis Patrick Arnold has served the steelband movement as a player, tuner and administrator par excellence.  He is the immediate Past President of Pan Trinbago where he contributed significantly to the transformation of Pan Trinbago into a dynamic and creative organization.

The steelband community applauds Mr. Arnold’s deserving achievement in recognition of his sterling contribution to the steelband movement.
