Leon “Foster” Thomas is a composer, steelband panorama arranger and steelpan performing and recording artist. The talented “Foster” is also prolific on drums, and has anchored several major steel orchestras in competition including
the world-renowned Phase II Pan Groove and Fonclaire. As a solo artist, he has wowed audiences internationally, and is set for his third Russian tour
