The 10th Anniversary of SnowFlakes in Steel, was held on Saturday, January 27th at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Music.  The theatre was filled to capacity with standing-room only at the event.  Despite freezing temperatures and icy roads, folks turned out to celebrate the night of Caribbean music.  The event was put on by the "Pan Arts Network" who formed the association to assist in promoting steelband music in Toronto and to the world. The association members are:
Ivor Picou - staging and coordination of events, Andrew Jackson - promoter, Elton Jones - Master of Ceremonies, Earl La Pierre Jr. - coordinator and promoter, and Wendy Jones - CEO and Treasurer
