• The Trinidad and Tobago Steelpan & Jazz Festival (formerly Pan Royale).  David “Fathead” Newman on tenor sax, with Trinidadian David “Happy” Williams on bass; vocals by Lenora Zenzalai-Helm , accompanied by the Orville Wright Quartet, with Ron Reid on bass.  Also appearing - Europe’s best known pan-jazz artiste, Rudy “Two-Left” Smith , and his quartet.  Venue:  Queen’s Hall, St. Ann's,  Port-of-Spain, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, W.I.
