• Trinidad & Tobago Jazz Festival - Headline Event features Moods Steel Orchestra; Ravi B; Rikki Jai; University of Trinidad & Tobago (UTT) Faculty Jazztet (led by Dave Marcellin); Gene Lawrence & Friends (including Ray Holman and Kernal Roberts); and the Grace Kelly Quartet from the USA, with Sean Thomas.  Time:  5:00–10:00 p.m.  Venue:  “The Greens,” Centre for Creative & Festival Arts, UWI (University of the West Indies), St. Augustine, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, W.I.

• The Cayman Brac High School Steel Band, Swanky Kitchen Band, and the North Side Kitchen Band are among the local artists performing at the Sister Islands Agricultural Show.  Gates open:  8:00 a.m.  Opening ceremonies:  10:00 a.m.  Venue: the Agriculture Grounds on the Bluff, Cayman Brac, CAYMAN ISLANDS.

• The following is rescheduled (from Feb. 21) to this current date, due to postponing re: inclement weather.
  The Marshall Philharmonic Orchestra presents the third concert of its 47^th season featuring MU (University of Missouri) Steel.  Time:  2:30 p.m.  Venue: the Harold L. Lickey Auditorium, Bueker Middle School, 565 South Odell Avenue, Marshall,  Missouri, USA.
   

• The Audacity of the Creole Imagination - A multi-media Exhibition of Dr. Kim Johnson’s steel pan research.  Time: Tue to Sat: 10:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m.  Sun: 2:00—6:00 p.m.  Venue: National Museum and Art Gallery, 117 Frederick Street, Port-of-Spain, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, W.I.
   

• The Traces Steel Band and Shirley Simpson perform at annual Caribbean Night. Time:  6:00 p.m.  Venue:  KW Open Bible Pentecostal Church Of God, 25 Madison Avenue North (between King and Duke), Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA.
   
• The Grace Steel Drum Ensemble, along with area high school steppers and others perform for the 8^th annual African American Cultural Festival and Steppers Showcase.  Time:  3:00 p.m.  Venue:   Manalapan High School, 30 Church Lane, Englishtown, New Jersey, USA.
   

• Prescott Elementary School’s Pandemonium steel drum ensemble performs and facilitates a demonstration during the 2010 Expeditionary Learning Schools National Conference.  Venue: the Westin Crown Center, 1 East Pershing Road, Kansas City, # Missouri, USA.
   

• The Roots of the Caribbean features the Berklee Steelpan Ensemble directed by Ron Reid, the Afro-cuban ensemble by Ricardo Monzon and the Bob Marley ensemble directed by Matt Jensen.  Time: 8:15 p.m.  Venue:  the Berklee Performance Center, 136 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
