Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - Seventeen Single Pan Bands—including title defenders San Juan East Side Symphony—have withstood the first two rounds of ‘tests’ out of an original field of sixty-two hopefuls at the beginning of the season.  Their Grand Finals foray will occur in tandem with that of the Small Conventional Steel Orchestras on February 4 at Skinner Park in San Fernando, Trinidad.  “Excitement and Excellence” the watch words of this year’s Panorama are expected to be on full display as the best in the nation in the two respective categories take their final shots at the titles.
