Tribute To Women In Pan

Article Guidelines...

March is Women's Month, and we at When Steel Talks pay annual tribute to the contributions and sacrifices women have made to the steel pan movement.  In this regard Steel Talks would like you to consider writing an article, or donate a past piece that you wrote, that is related to Women In Pan.  It can be about yourself, or another woman or group form the present or past.

The fields of subject matter, and people who can write, are unlimited:  a female pan lover who does not play pan can write an article.  A mother who has a child playing pan, or an educator; someone who has been involved in the movement for years as an ardent follower and has a great historical view, but has never picked up a pair of sticks, but has great observances, etc.  You get the idea.

It can be about yourself and what you do currently, your experiences, or historical perspective.  There really is no restriction, except that the focus must be on the female perspective/experience in celebration of Women's Month.

Send your articles and or pictures for consideration to whensteeltalks@hotmail.com
