CARNIVAL SHOW CANCELLATION

 

Brooklyn, NY -- The West Indian American Day Carnival Association (WIADCA) has announced the cancellation of tonight's Steel Pan competition which was scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m. It is the second carnival show cancelled due to today's stormy conditions. However,  the executive has put a quick plan of action in place to accommodate all shows and participants. Tomorrow, Sunday Sept 3, the Children's Carnival will commence at 11:00 a.m. The Steelband Panorama competition will take place from 4:00 p.m. and tomorrow night's scheduled Dimanche Gras Show has been pushed back to a 10:00 p.m. start time.
