Our celebrations of Women of Steel continue as
our sisters in steel continue to chime in from all over the world
and all walks of life. When Steel Talks has been extremely
fortunate to have had contributions from none other than the likes
of
Mrs. Merle Albino-de Coteau, and
Dr. Dawn Batson among others. Their
loyalty, accomplishments and commitment to the steelpan music
movement are second to none. Moreover, these sisters in
steel, like countless unnamed other women, have at times led,
supported, carried and sustained the steelpan music art form without
acknowledgement or fanfare. They have earned and command the
respect of the steelpan movement not only through their
accomplishments but also through their brilliance, strength,
elegance, talent, greatness and humility. We salute you all. www.Women.PanOnTheNet.com
