Panorama Finals 2008 CD

The sixteen (16) steelband finalists “live” performances of their Panorama tunes are now available for your listening and viewing pleasure on CD and DVD.

The entire CD comprises the music of the eight (8) Medium Bands and eight (8) Large Bands as they performed before their panel of adjudicators at the National Panorama Finals held at Skinner Park, San Fernando, on Saturday 02nd February 2008.

The live pan recording of renditions include “Musical Vengeance”, “Thunder Coming”, “Latin On De Court”, “ Ten Commandments of Pan”, “Puncernelly”, “Celebration Time”, “Hooked”, and “Get Down”.

The CD is engineered, mastered and produced by Kenny Phillips of KMP Music Lab, Palmiste, San Fernando.

This double disc CD is another gem for the steelband music collector/connoisseur.

Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama 2008 Finals – The DVD is produced by Advance Dynamics, French Street, Woodbrook, Trinidad.

Recorded live by the award winning production facility that already demonstrated its capability to deliver a high end quality product, the DVD promises to be a pan lover’s dream with sights, scenes and “ a musical extravaganza never before experienced on digital format.”

Also a two-disc set, the DVD is the third edition of Panorama Finals 2008. As the linear notes state “Come feel the rhythm, embrace the passion of Panorama Finals 2008”
