Meet Samanya Brazier of Antigua & Barbuda - Steelpan Performing Artist

Samanya Brazier participated in ‘PanoGrama 2021.’  Her instrument was made by Bertram “Birch” Kelman and tuned by Veron Henry

Samanya is a young female panist from Antigua and Barbuda who has been playing the steel pan from a young age. She was the captain of the Princess Margaret School Serenaders during her senior school year and is currently an active player of the Panache Steel Orchestra. In 2019 she was one of two young people chosen to represent Antigua and Barbuda at a cultural exchange in Japan.
