Management & Registration 1. MANAGEMENT
Panorama 2003 will be managed by the Central Executive of Pan Trinbago Inc.
2. REGISTRATION
(a) Participating bands will be required by January 26, 2003 to register with Pan Trinbago, the names of all their members who will be performing in the competition.
(b) A registration fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall apply to all registered Panorama players. Note that this fee does not apply to Stage Side players, who have already registered with organization via Membership Dues.
(c) Only registered players will be allowed to participate in the competition, and no player will be allowed to perform with more than one band in each category.
(d) In the event more than one band attempts to register the same player, the player will indicate the band of which he is a member.
(e) Arrangers will be allowed to arrange for one band in each category of the competition.
(f) The registration process must be adhered to by all participating bands and failure to adhere may lead to disqualification.
(b) RECORDING/FILMING
i. Pan Trinbago and/or its agents, consignees, etc. shall have the right to film, video-tape, audio-tape the performance(s) of a performer and/or band of performers and to utilize such record, subject to the conditions under which the activities of performer(s) may set on record.
ii. Such agreement must be publicized, otherwise the commitment of the foregoing paragraph is null and void and without effect re: the rights of each performer and/or band of performers.
iii. Pan Trinbago agrees that the authorized representative of the performer and/or band of performers may be included in any and all negotiations with third parties pertinent to these matters.
12. TRANSPORT
The Panorama Management Committee shall NOT be responsible for meeting the transportation costs of steelbands that are participating in the Steelband Panorama 2003 at any stage of the competition.
