President of Pan In Schools

Mr. Ian "Teddy" Belgrave, president of Pan In Schools Coordinating Council (PSCC)in Trinidad, on his recent visit to New York.  

Mr. Belgrave discusses the challenges and successes of his organization in their quest to make 'pan in schools'  a national standard throughout Trinidad and Tobago.  Mr. Belgrave says that a natural off-shoot of this movement is the development of a massive pan industry that will provide substantial employment and educational opportunities throughout Trinidad and Tobago on every level.

In addition, Mr. Belgrave shares his thoughts on the New York pan scene and NY panorama 2004.
