There will be a change of venue for the Tobago leg of the National Panorama Conventional Bands Preliminaries.
Originally carded for Garden Side Street Car Park, Scarborough, Tobago, the competition now takes place at the various Pan Theatres or at a venue most convenient to the Steel Orchestra.
Judging of the Preliminary round starts on Friday 11th February 2011 at 7:00 pm with the first band, T&TEC East Side New Dimension Pan Theatre, and continues to the various Pan Theatres.
