    why they are one of the most potent music combinations on this side of the

     The New York steel band juggernaut and legendary arranger ran away 
    from the competition with a convincing win.  Pantonic Steel Orchestra 
    regained the throne with a score of  455 points.  D'Radoes Steel 
    orchestra, who also has Clive Bradley as its arranger scored 446 points to claim 
    second place.  Last year's champion, Pan Sonatas came in third with a 
    score of 443 points.
