The Panorama Steel Orchestra from Japan is led by Yoshihiro Harada, a renowned pan soloist in his own right. Harada is also the orchestra's resident arranger, and a composer.

The band is regarded as the best steel orchestra in Japan.

Panorama Steel Orchestra of Japan went on to participate in the International Panorama (ICP), in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, on August 9th 2015.
