New York, USA - Dr. Hatshepsut Nolene Kisa-Davidson, DACM, is the widow of the late Hansel “Hanny” Leon and the niece of pan pioneer Philmore “Boots” Davidson. A classical pianist, singer, panist, poet, author, educator and doctor, Dr. Kisa-Davidson born July 31, is herself originally from Trinidad and Tobago.
She plays tenor pan with Hearts of Steel in Brooklyn, New York and also with Stainless Steel in Tallahassee, Florida. Double second pans is her choice when playing with Pan de Leon.

Dr. Kisa-Davidson is the founder of Denderah School of Music and the Performing Arts in Brooklyn, teaching piano and pan. In medicine, she is a doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Ob/Gyn.
