 This year the UK Pan Fraternity celebrated the 40th Anniversary of Carnival as well as zthe 26th Anniversary of the Notting Hill Panorama, ‘Champions of Steel’ competition. Panorama has been running since 1978 and has been kept at a number of venues including The Scrubs.
