San Fernando, Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - The life of Ms. Franka Hills-Headley, educator and founder of Golden Hands Steel Orchestra in Trinidad and Tobago, and mother of musician, educator, arranger and performing artist Vanessa Headley-Brewster, will be celebrated on Thursday August 8, 2024.
Venue is the Southern Academy of the Performing Arts - SAPA - at Todd Street, San Fernando, Trinidad. Viewing is at 10:30 a.m.; and the service begins 12:30 p.m.
One of the national treasures of Trinidad’s Southland, Ms. Franka passed away August 1, 2024.
