There's been a streak of
sweltering days - even though it's not yet officially Summer in New
York. So we're cooling things down for the weekend! This week's edition of the
Cool Steel
steelpan music program on PanRadio opened up with
Universal Language playing an original composition entitled
"Sargasso Sea".
Pantonic Steel Orchestra, with their
interpretation of Shania Twain's
"You're Still The One" - from
their forthcoming CD, is the selection which got the most e-mail
votes last week. This was the #1 track out of those
which were part of last
week's
Cool Steel
playlist.
Japan's Panorama Steel Orchestra's and "I
Want You Back" originally done by The Jackson Five,
was next in line with email votes positioning them at #2.
Rounding out the top three was Utopia Pan Soul: The Next
Generation, with "I Am A Bachelor."
