Golden Hands Steel Orchestra hails from San Fernando in Trinidad & Tobago.  Led by Franka Hiils-Headley, the group of talented young musicians has proudly put out a double CD called Pure Gold.  From Volume 1 of that CD, a Bob Marley reggae classic,  "Jammin',"  is first up on this edition of Cool Steel.

The selection from the last edition of Cool Steel  which got the most votes, submitted by email to panradio@panonthenet.com, was "Air On G" by Gemonites Steel Orchestra from Antigua & Barbuda.  Voted in at #2 was "Frei Schweben" by Bima from Germany; ADLIB from the USA rounded off the top three with "Sunny."
