on the Wednesday before that September 3rd event. Marsicans Steel Orchestra
performed a
Pelham Goddard-arrangement of Shurwayne Winchester′s “Dead
Or Alive.” Marsicans Steel Orchestra is led by Joey Horsford and Albert “Bing” Reid.
Marsicans would eventually go on to place eighth in the competition.
The annual
New York Panorama is a major highlight of and precursor to the
West Indian American Carnival Day Parade.
