Basement Recordings captures the eventual 2018 New York Panorama champions, as they prepare for the competition just days before the event. Despers USA Steel Orchestra performed an Odie Franklin-arrangement of “Year For Love.” This is the ‘cool down’ version. New York Panorama is a major highlight and precursor to the annual West Indian American Day Parade. Despers USA took the stage with over 80 players.
