St. George’s, Grenada, W.I. - Defending junior champs Angel Harps Juniors kept their title and bragging rights for another year as they triumphed in the 2023 Junior Panorama. Playing in position two, the youngsters bested four other steel orchestras, keeping the flag of their musical organization flying high on the afternoon of August 5.
This Panorama was included in the ‘Children Carnival Frolic,’ and over several hours attendees also enjoyed mas portrayals, along with competitive calypso performances. The fun all unfolded at the Grenada National Stadium, Queen’s Park, in the country’s capital of St. George’s.
With the junior competition in the history books for another year, the senior national Panorama will be staged at the stadium on August 12. Here, Angel Harps Steel Orchestra is aiming for the top as well.
