Brooklyn, New York, USA - Basement Recordings captures D’Radoes Steel Orchestra as they prepare for the 2014 New York steelband Panorama competition shortly before the event. D’Radoes Steel Orchestra performed a Terrance “BJ” Marcelle-arrangement of “Spankin’.” This is the ‘cool down’ version. The annual New York Panorama is a major highlight of and precursor to the West Indian American Carnival Day Parade.

D’Radoes would eventually go on to place first in the competition.
