Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, W.I. - Title defender Starlift Steel Orchestra maintained its championship status for the 2024 National Panorama competition on Sunday July 7.
This year, their arranger was again Danté Pantin of Trinidad and Tobago’s Starlift Steel Orchestra. Pantin’s work with Puss Man by the band ‘Touch,’ led St. Vincent’s Starlift to a first place score of 255 points.
The Panorama competition had been scheduled for July 4, but cancelled due to the impact of Hurricane Beryl.
