of a calypsonian by
the name of the
Mighty Impostor, and
Nigel Chase is the
son of
Carl Chase
who founded the
Atlantic Clarion
Steel Band in 1974. All live and
work with Calypso
and steelbands in
Maine, USA, having
learned a great deal
over the years initially
from a book
written by Pete Seger, then later
from Roland Harrigin,
Jit Samaroo and the
Samaroo Jets.
