LYRICSVerse 1
Our motherland
Sweet Trinbagonian people, this land
So different yet side by side we stand
So many religions, races, cultures all around
So many have traveled here to taste the carnival
And people from far and near doh miss this festival
All I know, it’s my home and
It’s in these streets I roam
It’s the Trinbago culture inside of mih bones
Chorus
Music inside mih head,
Music black white and red,
From the pan yards, to up on the stage
Music from deep within
Music have we jumping
Like a lion let out of the cage
It’s the sound
Coming down
From the heavens into my soul now
This is Trinbago Carnival
There is no other bacchanal
There is no other party like this!!
Post Chorus
It’s yours and mine! Sweet Music
It’s yours and mine! Sweet Music
It’s yours and mine! Sweet Music
It’s yours and mine! Sweet Music
Music, Music in we brain
This Sweet Music lifting we spirit,
Music Make we feel no pain
It’s Paradise we living in it!
Music, Music in we brain
This sweet music lifting we spirit,
Music make we feel no pain
It’s Paradise we living in it!
Verse 2
Home, Here is the mecca of pan alone!
This instrument that we call our own
The pride of our culture, so unique in its own way
So many people experience Panorama,
And every year they leave loving it more than ever,
All I know, it is mine from,
A Culture that’s divine,
It’s the Trinbago Spirit inside of our lives
Chorus
Post Chorus
Verse 3
Mas,
This is the spectacle of sweet mas,
Watching the masquerade as they pass
Abundance of shapes and size and colors all around!
When Monday and Tuesday come, it’s total majesty
When people start drink they rum in pomp and pageantry,
All I know it’s my home and it’s in these streets I roam
It’s the Trinbago Culture inside of mih bones
Chorus
Post Chorus

Nadia Batson
Acclaimed as one of Trinidad & Tobago's leading songstresses, Nadia Batson has teamed up with Nigel Rojas & Johann Chuckaree for an impressive collaboration. The brainchild of composer and musician, Johann Chuckaree, "Music Inside Meh Head" is being hailed as an explosive selection for Panorama 2016.
Johann is a tenor section leader & senior member of Phase II Pan Groove. He has also collaborated with Len “Boogsie” Sharpe to put together winning arrangements for Phase II. Phase II won six Panorama titles in 1987,1988, 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2013. Johann has performed alongside the likes of Len "Boogsie" Sharpe, Ray Holman, David Rudder, Heather Headley, Machel Montano & Raymond Ramnarine just to name a few!
Johann has enjoyed touring the globe as part of cultural contingents representing Trinidad and Tobago. Most recently in early 2013, he traveled to Berlin, Germany to take part in the ITB Tourism Conference. Previously, he accompanied Phase II to Germany for the World Cup in 2006 and has also shared his talents in Indiana, New York, Texas and California (USA). In 2012, he entertained at the T&T Olympic Cultural Village and the World Travel Market in London.
Continuing in a successful partnership with lyricist, Nigel Rojas and producer, Dante Pantin, "Music Inside Meh Head" is being seen as an impressive follow up to "Jam Dem Hard" which was BPTT Renegades song of choice for the 2015 Carnival / Panorama Season.
The song features an eclectic mix of Trinbagonian rhythms
and talent, including live guitar by Enrico "Di Gittarman" Camejo, live
steelpan by Johann Chuckaree and the use of a new software product:
"Indigisounds & Jus Now Present: Laventille Rhythm Section."
"Music Inside Meh Head" is also the first foray into
this arena for multitalented singer, songwriter and composer, Nadia
Batson, whose powerful vocal performance is the proverbial icing on
the cake for this composition.
