Gerelle is an all-round entertainer and songwriter. She commits to using music to teach and tell stories of passion and culture. She is also the lead vocalist and Musical Director of her own band “Gerelle & The Gentlemen,” a Neo-Soul band out of Trinidad and Tobago.
Gerelle is quoted as saying “... while some stories are changing, most remain the same, with different narrators. How we share stories is important. We do so with music. We believe in our words and our notes...”
The versatile young woman is also known for being the vocal talent at the forefront of 2013’s Sapna (The Dream) penned by iconic composer and steelband arranger Ray Holman.
