Sharlan Bailey aka “Dreadwizard”

Writer/composer, music producer, musician as well as performer Sharlan Bailey, also known as the “Dreadwizard” has a 2017 offering titled I Come Out To Fete. His first experience in music was learning the pan instrument as a child from his deceased brother Rudolph Dyer who was a committed pan man. He has never looked back since.

Sharlan has been performing his work at the Kaiso House Calypso tent since 2003 and looks forward to a great season in 2017. He worked with artists like Machel Montano, Mavis John, Bill Trotman, Brigo, Funny, The late Mighty Duke & Rootsman, Zan, Ghetto Flex, Eunice Peters, Lady Adana, SpiceY, Stacey Sobers, and his father - cultural icon and legendary calypsonian The Mighty Shadow. I Come Out To Fete was written and composed by Sharlan Bailey, produced by “Dreadwizard” at the NexRise Studios and mixed and mastered by Samuel Jack.
