Order of Appearance for 19 & Under and 21 & Under Steel Orchestras FINALS  - Trinidad and Tobago 2026 National Junior Panorama

Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. -  Ten junior steel orchestras in the 19 and Under age group and twelve in that of the 21 and Under, take the stage at the Queen’s Park Savannah in Port-of-Spain on Sunday January 18. 

These finalists made the cut after preliminary rounds in their respective communities/panyards hailing from the East, South/Central, North and Tobago regions. The young steelpan musicians performed before a panel of judges, with the 19 and Under unfolding January 8, 9 and 11, while the 21 and Under steel orchestras had their turn January 8, 11—13. There are no semi-finals; rather, the bands compete directly in final competition.

Beginning 1:00 p.m. AST (Atlantic Standard Time), (B.A.T.C.E.) Steel Orchestra is first up in the 19 & Under segment. Katzenjammers Youths lead off in the 21 & Under category. Pan Trinbago is the event organizer.

The configuration of the national Junior Panorama this year has changed; there are no primary and secondary schools categories in Sunday’s event at the Savannah. Instead, the schools have their own finals competition on Monday January 19 at Skinner Park in San Fernando. Renegades Youth Steel Orchestra, defending champion in the 21 and Under category, performs in position twelve on Sunday.
