Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - On Tuesday January 27 Trinidad’s sister isle Tobago proudly fields three steel orchestras for the 2026 Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama season in the large band preliminaries. First, the panel of judges will take in Katzenjammers Steel Orchestra; the band previously competed in the medium category, scoring a three-peat with its 2025 win.
Redemption Sound Setters and Buccooneers steel orchestras follow, according to event organizer Pan Trinbago. Scheduled start time is 8:00 p.m. AST (Atlantic Standard Time) and venues are respective panyards.
All bands in this category will try to dethrone the defending champions Exodus Steel Orchestra.

Bands making it out of the preliminaries will move on to the Semi-finals on Sunday February 1. Competitors from the four regions—East, South/Central, Tobago and North—are expected to be represented at the event which unfolds at the Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain.
