Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - Four large steel orchestras are in the spotlight on Monday January 26 when they perform before a panel of judges in preliminary competition. This is the second of four nights of preliminaries in the large band category of the 2026 Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama season.
Tropical Angel Harps Steel Orchestra is first on the schedule, per event organizer Pan Trinbago with things expected to get underway at 7:00 p.m. AST (Atlantic Standard Time).
East region steel orchestras set the stage the day before, with the defending champions Exodus Steel Orchestra one of the three bands thrilling steelband music fans. Their respective panyards are the judging venues.

The National Semi-finals competition on Sunday February 1 is the aim of the steel orchestras after their preliminary turns from the four regions—East, South/Central, Tobago and North. That event is what is popularly called the Savannah Party, and the venue is the Queen’s Park Savannah in Port of Spain.
