Antigua & Barbuda, W.I. - West Side Symphony is first up in the eight steel orchestras competing in the country’s national Panorama on August 5. The draw for positions revealed also that Hells Gate Steel Orchestra is set to defend its title from position number five. Showtime is 8:00 p.m. at the Antigua Recreation Grounds in St. John’s.
