Antigua & Barbuda, W.I. - Antigua and Barbuda’s reigning Panorama champion, Hells Gate Steel Orchestra, is hosting its upcoming Panorama Launch entitled “Legacy - Where it all began.” The action is on Saturday May 24, 2025 at Baker’s Corner in the Point, corner of Brysons and St. John’s Streets in the country’s capital of St. John’s.
Start time is 7:30 p.m. and the launch is expected to feature performances from the Eustace Manning Henry Steelpan Academy, Rising Stars, and the awarding-winning Hells Gate Steel Orchestra led musically by champion arranger Khan Cordice, alongside special guests and friends. It is the chance to vibe with the band and be part of the music organization’s legacy. Admission is free, while food, drinks and music-related paraphernalia will be on sale.
Hells Gate Steel Orchestra has twenty-three national Panorama championships to date.
