London, England, U.K. - Ebony Steelband has done it again. With champion arranger Duvone Stewart, the British band now has twenty-four UK Panorama titles under its belt. Playing Stewart’s arrangement of Oltaunji’s ever-popular Engine Room, the championship steel orchestra bested the six challengers to its musical throne on the evening of August 26 at Emslie Horniman’s Pleasance Park, Kensal Road, W10.
The same bands occupied the top three spots this year, as in 2022, with Mangrove and Pan Nation repeating their placings.
BAS/NHC (British Association of Steelbands/Notting Hill Carnival) organized the annual event.
