Brooklyn, New York, USA - It was a historic night for Pan Evolution Steel Orchestra in the 2026 New York Panorama held at the car park at the back of the Brooklyn Museum. A beautiful Saturday evening into early Sunday morning favored yet another win for the eleven-year-old music organization. Now the New York Panorama title and trophy in 2024, 2025 and 2026 are officially - make that ‘respectfully’ theirs! Three championships in a row, this group is on fire!

Also called ‘PESO,’ Pan Evolution’s presentation of André White's arrangement of their tune of choice Respectfully Yours, was enhanced when the tune’s artists, “Full Blown” made a cameo appearance on stage, wowing the crowd. An awesome night for a New York-original that is simply growing from strength to strength.
Philadelphia (Philly) Pan Stars Steel Orchestra placed second for the second year running, with Roger Greenidge’s arrangement of the most popular tune in the competition, Cyah Behave. The band paid visual homage to the recent passing of Roger’s brother, Robert Greenidge. Five of the nine bands went with the same song to the New York Panorama competition. The results for the top three spots were nearly identical to last year, with D’Radoes Steel Orchestra coming in third once more (2025 was a tie).
The campaign for People’s Choice was tight, with Pan in Motion just edging out PanAlley in votes for first place - by point one of a percent - 33.1% and 33%.
