Verse 1

Shock attack! Is a shock attack!
Tell dem de band coming
Yes, tell dem de band coming
Sound de horn! For we moving on!
Tell dem de band coming
Yes, tell dem de band coming
We will strike whether day or midnight
If is fight, we come out to fight
This ain’t no grand charge,
or no grand slam
Shock attack take over de land
Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!

Chorus 1

Bub-ah dum, Bub-ah-dum,
feel de grumble
Shock attack, trouble in de land
Run for your life is a rumble
Shock attack, trouble in de land
Is calamity
Like a tsunami
Ravage de city
Shock attack, shock attack, shock attack
Beware for we coming
Bam Baddam! Baddam! Baddam! Baddam!
Baddam! Baddam! Baddam! Baddam!
Baddam! Baddam! Baddam! Baddam!
Baddam! Baddam! Baddam! Baddam Bam!
Move to the back,
you better clear de track
We coming through, is a shock attack!

Verse 2

Like a thief! Softly in the night!
Coming with pans blazing
With precision and timing
Complacence, over confidence
Cause you to drop your guard
So we go hit you real hard
Beaten not broken we are hungry
So this time we fit and ready
Is a mission and we capable
Not mission impossible.
Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!
Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!

Verse 3

Feel de heat! Doh try to retreat!
Is de full one twenty
Is a Pan steelband army
Beat de drum!
For is here we come!
Taking on all comers
And, we taking no prisoners
Who ent dead
go be badly wounded
Not in life, but musically
A musical charge that well grounded
Shocking you electrically
Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!

Edwin Pouchet:

Composer and arranger Edwin Pouchet- Edwin grew up in pan, hearing pan morning, noon and night.  His bigger brother Junior Pouchet was synonymous with the band Silver Stars. When Junior migrated to Orlando to work with Disney World, Edwin took up the mantle and brought the band back in the limelight after a 10-year break.  Edwin proved to be a creative and exciting arranger reviving some of the band’s trademark selections as well as introducing new ones. The band made its name in the medium category of the steelband competitions winning with Pure Party in 2004. He also won the first “Pan in the 21st Century” competition with Love Theme as well as with the popular Phantom of the Opera.
