Results - Large Steel Orchestra Semi-finals - Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama 2020

Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - Eleven large steel orchestras from the original fourteen semi-finalists withstood the musical test in the large category and are through to Trinidad & Tobago’s National Panorama 2020 finals, to be held at the same venue (Queen’s Park Savannah) two weeks later on Saturday February 22. Defending champs Renegades are currently on top once more and going for the hat trick once more, this time with champion arranger Duvone Stewart. Desperadoes and Exodus followed closely, in a tie for second place.

Though it had been sunny out earlier in the day, there was a change in weather later on, evidenced by the wet stage, even resulting in a short rain delay around 9:10 p.m. That put pause to Tropical Angel Harps’ appearance in position seven. But the rain did let up, and the bands played on. Redemption Sound Setters wrapped up the performance card at 12:27 a.m.
