Results - Large Conventional Steel Orchestra Preliminaries - Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama 2025

Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - Fifteen large steel orchestras completed their panyard preliminary judging on February 12. Over the course of four nights, those bands hailing from the North, East, South/Central and Tobago regions performed before a panel of judges which visited their respective panyards.

After the opening of score sheets, all bands move forward to the Sunday February 16 semi-finals. Event organizer Pan Trinbago also held the drawing for positions for that leg of competition, which includes the medium steel orchestras also taking the stage in their own semi-finals before their large category counterparts.

The grouping of fifteen includes the reigning champions - Trinidad All Stars and Renegades steel orchestras. Going into the semi-finals, however, Exodus has the highest score from the preliminaries, followed by Supernovas and Renegades. And once again, there were the now-customary ‘ties’ emanating from the ‘panyard judging’ preliminary rounds - including two four-way ties, in positions six and ten.
