Results - Medium Conventional Steel Orchestra Preliminaries - Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama 2025

Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - Score sheets for the twenty-one medium steel orchestras which completed their panyard preliminary judging were opened on Monday February 10. A three-way tie allows sixteen medium steel orchestras into the semi-finals phase this year. Pan-Demonium, Steel Xplosion and Trinidad Valley Harps steel orchestras all placed fourteenth. According to the rules provided by event organizer Pan Trinbago, officially only fourteen would be through to the next round without any ties.

The medium category preliminaries for the 2025 Trinidad & Tobago National Panorama unfolded across five evenings of competition. Steel orchestras represented the North, East, South/Central and Tobago regions from February 4 through 8.

The top-scoring band at this stage also happens to be the reigning champion - Katzenjammers Steel Orchestra from sister isle Tobago. Couva Joylanders and Pamberi are currently second and third, respectively. All sixteen medium semi-finalists will join their qualifying large conventional steel orchestra counterparts in competition at the ‘Savannah Party,’ Queen’s Park Savannah, Port-of-Spain on Sunday February 16.
