Semi Finals Results of Small Conventional Steel Orchestras - Trinidad & Tobago Panorama 2016

Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. - Champion arranger Terrance “BJ” Marcelle together with his band Arima Golden Symphony is out front after the semi-final competition in the small band category. The combination is in quest of another championship title, and if successful, would mean its seventh win in the country's past eight national small steel orchestra Panorama competitions. But before that, nine other equally determined challengers have to be vanquished. They include Laventille Serenaders, Tamana Pioneers, Five Rivers Modern Symphony and Pandemonium, among others.

Music organizations facing disappointment at not being in the final fray for 2016 include Crescendoes Musicale, Golden Hands, Crown Cordaans, Old Tech and six others. The ten bands successful up to this point face-off for the final musical battle on February 4^th in south Trinidad at Skinner Park in San Fernando, where the Single Pan Band Finals also transpire.
